Control panel disappeared?
Hi all,
Control panel is missing in start menu. How do I get control panel to run from the command line or restore it (restore points do not work in safe mode/administrator account). Anu ideas? thanks, charles.....

Start - Run - type "Control Panel" - Click OK

Malware uses various methods of self preservation.
