Hi all,

Control panel is missing in start menu. How
do I get control panel to run from the command
line or restore it (restore points do not work in
safe mode/administrator account). Anu ideas?

If you had done what I had suggested when you posted you can't use Registry editing tools,
this would have been fixed as well.

Malware uses various methods of self preservation. One is to use Local/Group Policies to
limit the users capabilities to use tools to remove the malware.
