Default Emptying the Temp Folder

Disk Cleanup tool will only delete the contents of the C:\Windows\Temp folder.
Not the %UserProfile%\LOCALS~1\Temp folder.
You may have to empty is manually. If the %temp% folder is getting filled
very frequently then the problem should be because of some malicious
softwares.
