jucheck.exe not responding
I accidentally copied a file into an automatic update... is this the reason I
cannot log off without getting a "jucheck.exe not responding" msg? It wont let me remove the accidentaly copied file, so why did it allow the move in the first place? I have restored my system all the way back to October 1, but then the automatic updates take over and put me back, unable to logoff. If I delete all the automatic updates that have been installed, will I be in more trouble? THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE/HELP |

If I delete all the automatic updates that have been installed, will I be in more trouble? THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE/HELP Windows automatic update has *nothing* to do with jucheck.exe. The latter is related to the Sun java autoupdater. When you cite " I have restored my system all the way back to October 1, but then the automatic updates take over and put me back, unable to logoff. " ... are you referring to Windows AU or java's. Specifically, what location did you move jucheck.exe to ? Which version of XP is this ?
