Default Can you set up Compatibility for a program through the registry?

I have 100+ computers I need to set it to run s program in 256 color and
480x640 screen. Is there a way to do this through a registry entry?

You'd be better off setting this in the shortcut properties of the program
on the machine you use for your master image. We do this on my
friend/partner's school lab machines because lots of the programs are older
and need to run in lower color/resolution.

If you're talking about doing this on machines that are already in use and
not going to be imaged, then I'm afraid I don't know the answer. I'm sure
someone else will come along with one for you.

Thanks for the response. It's also in a school lab, we're not planning on
reimaging soon, but that may be the answer.

Make your settings on one computer then export this key and merge it:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers]
"Some App"="WIN95 256COLOR 640X480 DISABLETHEMES DISABLECICERO"
