Have PC running Vista XP Home and connected Printer on home network
Have 2 x XP Pro PC on home network and I wish to use printer on Vista machine. Under 'My Network Places' all PC's are detected but when I try to connect to Vista PC (for printer) , it requires a user name and password. !?! The vista machine was set up with 2 accounts but no passwords. I've tried inputting user name of logged on account but no password * as none exists). Fails because blank passwords not allowed!!!! What's going on ????? and how do I connect to printer ????? |
