Is that the one ? Or is it something else ?

I'm not sure. The description at STALKED_SITE doesn't seem to bear on what I
saw and it's describing an issue in XP. There's no mention of "boot area
corruption". I presume that refers to bad data on the boot drive which may
explain why my restoring the MBR along with everything on C: seems to have
cleared up the issue. ?

Did you notice that the page was *Last updated October 18, 2007*?

Did you not think about asking Paul *WHY* he used it as a reference?

I'd like to refer you to this page:-

https://CUT_STALKING_LINK

I didn't notice the date, but what's your point? I mentioned that what
was there refered to XP which is far out of date now.

Corrected by installing XP SP3 in 2008. It was an XP bug.
But he knows that, he's trying to get people to STALK for him.
Let's see how long it takes "Paul" to figure out he's being set up.

PS The OP uses a Mac (and has used one for the last 12 years), he has
NO interest whatsoever in M$. He's recruiting people to hack websites
for him.

PS The OP uses a Mac (and has used one for the last 12 years), he has

I purchased my iMac on 4 March 2009 and have a number of computers using
Microsoft Windows. In fact, I've used just about every version of
Windows since 3.1.

He's recruiting people to hack websites for him.

A blatant lie. Period.

My point has been that SOMEONE is paying to keep the "out of date"
Aumha.org facility on line. Consider one reason why that might be ....

"The more feature rich your website is, the more vulnerable it is to
attack. Many website owners want to create an engaging user experience
by offering photos, videos, shopping carts, and other dynamic elements.
Research conducted by SiteLock and staff from the Wharton School of
Business found that websites with high complexity can be 10 times more
likely to be compromised than websites with low complexity. However,
these types of complex code and third-party applications make a website
susceptible to web application vulnerabilities. For example, a URL
redirect is a popular web application vulnerability, in which the
attacker will redirect a user to a malicious website in an effort to
steal traffic and information."

Do, folks, explore here .....

You are obviously having a memory failure. I "tossed out" a computer
after advice from the UK police High Tech Crime Unit in 2005. That was
long before I visited Annexcafe and User2User.

Got that?
