Default Whiteboard Crashing

Jonathan Kay : If you read this I was just wandering if you had not replied
as you don't know the problem, or perhaps you are awaiting somebody else
coming back to you.

Hope I'm not being rude by asking you direct but you seem to answer
everybody else bar me

Regards
Dave

When trying to use Whiteboard we get intermittent results. I have a dual
monitor display, we have had it working with both monitors and with just
one.

Most of the time when either I accept the invitation or vice versa the

other
PC just crashes, requiring an hard re-boot.

All XP updates have been installed.

Here is the error at my end.
