Tabs down left hand side in MSN Messenger 5

Hi - how do you change the tabs down the left hand side of
MSN Messenger? According to the help, there is like 8 of
them. I have 3 currently, would like to get rid of the
lavalife and money ones, leave the Alerts tab as is, and
add the MSN Gaming Zone tab.

Does anyone have any idea? I see no options anywhere to
modify the tabs.

Just open the main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Options, then Privacy tab and
check 'This is a shared computer so don't show my tabs' and click OK

Ok,
but this will remove all tabs.
I just want to get rid of the Lavalife one...
By the way, how this unwanted tab make this way to my messenger ?
I asked it to Lavalife and this is the response :

There is no way to remove a specific tab in MSN Messenger 5.
