Default Setting Up a Home XP Computer for Minimal Access

I'm setting up a computer for use in a pub. I would like
to set it up so it is only available for internet access.
In other words, so that no other programs can be used,
nothing can be downloaded from the net and and the
settings in IE cannot be changed. Is this possible? Can
anyone point me in the right direction?

TIA, Joe

Hi,

If you are having win xp professional then you can use
the Local Security policy found in Administrative toolbox
to configure the system for a variety of tasks.
