Default Saving My Movie

I have been trying to save my movie to a CD, but it is taking very very very long. My video is about 58 minutes long and the program says it will take about 566 minutes. I also tried to burn my movie to a DVD thru Sonic MyDVD but it will not open *.MSMWW
files. Can I change the file extension or how do I burn my movie?
