Default aol problem!

when i shut down aol it doesnt shut down and ends programme, when i then try to shut down computer it tells me there is a problem with aoldial.exe and ends programme, also aoltray.exe and aolcompanion.exe! it then shuts down but sticks at saving your setti
ngs and i have to press rebout. anyone have any ideas how to stop this?

I'd call AOL's support number and ask them for help. They're the ones
who know their product the best.
