my friend is unable to login to her computer after
downloading and installing the updates. what can we do about this?

Can u explain what do u mean by unable to login. Are u using the correct password. is it giving any error when u type the password. Boot the computer in safe mode and check if the system is able to boot. Regards M. Can u explain what do u mean by unable to login. Are u using the correct password. is it giving any error when u type the password. Boot the computer in safe mode and check if the system is able to boot. Regards M.
