Default help index text missing

I uploaded some xp fix's and when I rebooted the list in
the help window is missing. Just an empty box with a red x
in the top corner.

I tried restore -- no luck

I tried all the searches I could look for-- no luck

I tried fix doc --no luck

everything else is working ok except there is no help menu
to choose from. the help support window is there with
options just the alpha list is missing.

Any help would be grteatly appreciated.

Thanks

Bill

Why doesn't Help and Support work?

If you're using a custom theme, switch back to an original XP theme and see if
that rectifies the problem.
