temp internet files/ie5content is full, how do i emty the folder?

Default temp internet files/ie5content is full, how do i emty the folder?

when i rightclick the folder and choose properties i can see that it is 300+ MB
ut when i enter th folder it is emty....and on folderoptions i have choosen show hidden files and folders...what to do?

Go to control panel, internet options, and choose 'delete files'

Open Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | General tab | click
Delete Cookies | OK | Click Delete Files | OK | Click Delete Files | check:
Delete all offline content | OK | click Clear History. Unless you have some
reason for keeping any of this.
