Default Howto: Change Language from russian to all english.

Hi, I'm Louis, I bought a copy of xp pro OEM and the
default language is RUSSIAN How do i custonize i mean
completley customize to ENGLISH.
I say completeley because I setup my email service and
thats ok but when i attempt to load my ATI 9800 video
cardsome of the options are loaded in english while
others are loaded are loaded in russian.
Please help.

I guess I should not have bought OEM product.

Default Howto: Change Language from russian to all english.

You can't regardless if it is retail or OEM.
If you want Windows XP in English, you need to buy Windows XP in
English.
