Default Trouble Accessing Certain Sites

Whenever I try to get on to hotmail.com or collegeboard.com and a few other
sites on any computer in my house they won't work. I feel like I've tried
everything... any suggestions? Thanks!

Is your internet service PPPoE?
http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article04-107
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=314825

If that's not it, diagnose the problem.
From a command window:
1) Ping www.hotmail.com.
2) Ping 207.68.171.233.
Report success / exact text of error messages.
From your browser:
3) Browse www.hotmail.com.
4) Browse 207.68.171.233.
Report success / exact text of error messages.

Cheers,
Chuck
