Default Printing website name at top of page

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and an HP pcs 1210xi all-in-one printer.
Recently, when printing a page from Internet Explorer, the website of the
page, which used to print at the top or bottom of the page isn't printing at
all. For awhile it printed some Japanese symbols. Now, nothing. It makes
it really hard to find the website again. Any ideas on a fix? Thank you.

Your headers and footers seem to have been changed....

Within IE...... File... Page Setup

The Default for the header is:

&w&bPage &p of &P

and the footer:

&u&b&d

Thank you! That did it. My headers and footers were empty. I used your
defaults, and now the printed page has the name of the site at the top, and
the website address at the bottom of the page. You solved something that has
been a real aggrevation! Thanks again.

It should work for all versions of IE no matter what the printer is.
