this computer is in use and has been locked
I get the "this computer is in use and has been locked" message. I do
not have the prompt for password when computer resumes from standby checked off. I click the enter button and get back to my screen. However, now I cannot access any program. I get an "application failed to initialize properly (0x0000142) error message. The only way I can get control of computer back is to reboot the computer. This problem started happening out of the blue. My norton virus and parasite programs do not find anything. Can anyone help me on this?
