Default Help : I can't access to the Windows XP Firewall

Hello,
I can't access to the Windows XP Firewall (SP2), can't access to it all.
Is their a virus ? I use Norton 2004 which up to date.
Have I to Re-isntall Windows XP?

try running KillSpy (download from my signature), it may be that you just have some fragments left of the infection and it is really good at detecting them.
