IPSecs Error

I have a recurring error with IPSECs. Here are the details:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7023
Date: 11/30/2005
Time: 3:45:25 PM
User: N/A
Computer: MOCEAN
Description:
The IPSEC Services service terminated with the following error:
The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced.

I have been unable to find ANY information about this error anywhere.

Unless you are using ipsec I would not worry about it too much and you can
disable the service in services.msc. Otherwise try resetting tcp/ip with the
netsh command as described in the KB article below. Doing such will probably
configure your computer to be a DHCP client which is not a problem unless
you have static tcp/ip configuration which you could always reconfigure when
