Default Need help with Movie Maker

I saved a movie to my pc. I then sent it to my friends as an attachment.
When they opened it, the program started and the title screens show but the
imported pictures that make up the movie just show as an X. What can they do
to view the whole movie? Thanks.

I believe you saved the project file, rather than the movie.

Open the movie in WMM..... drag to the timeline... click on Save Movie to My
Computer and follow the directions.

The project file is simply a data file telling the PC which files are in the
movie and where they are located on your PC.... it does not contain the
files themselves. Therefore if the files you made the movie from are not on
your friends' PC(s), it cannot find them.
