Default WindowBlinds Skin Won't Work

When applying any WindowBlinds skin, it just goes to the Windows 98 skin.
I've updated my graphics card drivers but that hasn't worked. Can anyone help
me out?

I'm running XP if that helps.

Hello,

There could be a couple of reasons you are running into this problem. The
first thing is are you running the trial version, or registered version?
