MFC 4800 printer printing foreign language

Default MFC 4800 printer printing foreign language

i receive PDF files from people all of the time. sometimes I need to print
these files. I open the file print the file and print for the first time and
this is what it prints.
PSBOHF DPBTU UJUMF DP N QBOZ
which means Orang Cost Title Company
It is only on the 2nd time I print the file I get and English interpretation.

Can anybody help? This is very costly. My computer person can not help

configure the driver to download the fonts to the printer.
