Default printer keeps changing

Go to StartRuntype MSCONFIG and press OK.
Now click the Startup tab and scroll down to Program
Files starting with HP and uncheck them, there will probably
be several of them, which causes your HP printer to load at
startup and set the printer as default. Click ApplyClosereboot.
