Is it possible to put Firefox Bookmarks (Favorites) on the Start Menu
instead of IE favorites?

1- Convert Firefox bookmarks to InternetExplorer Favorites. You can use:
http://www.klmsoft.com/bookmarkexporter/index.htm
2- Copy the converted bookmarks to "%userprofile%\Favorites" folder.
