Default Windows installation error 0x80300024 installing to NVM

Trying to install Windows 10 to a Non-Volatile Memory NVM drive.
It has been done before, not sure how. After that error, trie to
format and the installation produced another error, 0x80004005.

Tried formatting the drive in Windows, same error.

Tried using some Diskpart voodoo, same error.

And the solution was... To disable all other drives via switches
in the BIOS or by physically removing them.

I vaguely recall the last time having something to do with GPT,
but did not bother looking at that.

By the way...

Using a prior version and downloading the 3 GB update takes at
least an hour to install. The installation update process is
very slow.

Using an NVM to conventional HDD, this was my Macrium Reflect
(10.2 GB, 1.6 GB) backup speeds...
