Default ""explorer.exe is not a valid win32 application" in windows XP ""

Scan initiated on Mon Jan 03 10:52:18 2005

C:\WINDOWS\System32\winnt.exe

Found the W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.i virus !!!

C:\WINDOWS\System32\winnt.exe has been deleted.

After a restart , the following error is shown at the startup
""explorer.exe is not a valid win32 application" in windows XP ""

Please help me out in this regard Asap.
