"Not Enough Server Storage Is Available" ???

I have a peer to peer 6 computer network, all running XP that works great.
Except the Dell Laptop has a problem that no one is able to connect to it
from any of the computers.The others can see it and ping it, but are unable
to connect for file sharing. We all get the same error that it is not
accessible and "NOT ENOUGH SERVER STORAGE IS AVAILABLE TO PROCESS THIS
COMMAND" . The laptop is able to connect to all the other computers on the
network, just not the other way.

Yes, I have all firewalls, Zone Alarm, and NAV turned off. I have gone to
http://www.michna.com/kb/WxNetwork.htm but did not find anything that would
help.

Anyone have a clue?

Update or roll back your nic driver on the laptop. Im pretty sure that will
fix the problem.

This seems to be a relatively common problem using wireless nic's as well...

This error indicates that you are falling foul of the IRPStackSize bug.

The problem is on the machine you are attempting to connect to,
not the machine where you see the error message.

On the computer you are attempting to connect to,
Check the event viewer for an event ID 2011.

Usual fix :
You need to fix a parameter called IRPStackSize

On the computer you are attempting to connect to,
Set the IRPStackSize back to the default (15 ).
Perform the following steps:

1. Start the registry editor (e.g., regedit.exe).
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Services\lanmanserver\parameters.
3. Double-click IRPStackSize
(or if this registry setting doesn't exist,create it of
type DWORD and ensure the case is correct).
4. Change the base to decimal, set the value to 15, and click OK.
5. Reboot the computer.

Norton AV is usual suspect for breaking it.

Thank you, I happened to just install NAV the other day when I noticed this
problem. I have been trying to fix it for a day or so, when I finally asked
for help from the "Group". I had tried updating the NIC drivers but that
didn't help. So I completely uninstalled the network and card, re-booted and
let the system find and re-install everything. That fixed it, and everything
is working fine. Then I found your message about IRPStackSize. I will save
it for next time.

One additional question, The laptop has both wireless, 1394, and a NIC card
installed and connected, when I run the network setup wizard it wants to
"bridge" these connections together but I don't let it happen, am I doing
the right thing?

I woulnd't let it create the bridge unless I had an actual need for it.
And in your situation, you almost certainly don't.
