Where do I go to get support for WIndows Media Player 11

I can't find any way of asking a question to resolve some issues that the
new version of Windows Media Player suffers from such as;
- Doesn't start in 'Now Playing' tab
- Plays files as soon as you add them to the playlist
- Forgets all of the files on the playlist when you close wmp11 and re-open
it, even when the option to remember file urls and addresses is checked

If someone can point me to where I can ask someone how to resolve this issue
it would be much appreciated. I have asked these questions here before but
nobody has bothered to reply.
