Default Kernel stack inpage error:0x0000007A & kernel data inpage error:0x

Recently I have these 2 error messages every time after using my computer for
awhile. After the error message had shown, it will then shut down & reboot
itself

May I know what’s wrong with my computer & how do I solve this problem ? Can
someone please advise. I need to resolve these quickly. Please response

Error Message from computer :
“A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer”

Kernel stack inpage error

If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen, restart your
computer. If this screen appear again, follow these steps :
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If
this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for
any Windows update you might need. If problems continue, disable or remove
any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as
caching or shadowing
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup options & select safe mode

To resolve the problem, is it that I follow the instructions through the
link given by you
that is to resolve any bad block problem, do autochk, any defective
hardware, any failing RAM etc
