How to print user name on header oor footer on all print jobs

Hi

Our company is running on windows xp platform .we have few printers
installed in the network. how can we get the user name of the originator of
the printjob, printed on all documents . I tried seperator page but the name
is printed in a seprate page where as i need the user name printed on the
printed document it self. this will help us to track the user who has sent
the print out.

please let me know if there is a way to do this
