Hmmm, now that you mention it, I don't see a Menu or Tool Bar either...duh.
OK, aside from selecting the first and last with the shift key, any other
way
to Select All?

Is this in Windows Explorer?
Do Organize-Layout-Menu Bar. That'll give you the old File-Edit etc menu.

You still haven't said where. But regardless of what program you are
talking about, or even what version of Windows you are talking about,
use Ctrl-A.
