Default hibernation

I upgraded my PC from XP home (original OS) to XP Pro.
Before the upgrade I could standby and hibernate. After
the upgrade it does not give me those options. Is there
any way I can turn this on? These options are not
available in power management.

Thanks!

The Standby button will become available once the correct video
card/adapter drivers are installed. It will appear when you click
Start Turn Off Computer...

Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your video card or
video card adapter, search for the latest Windows XP compatible
drivers, download and install them.

If you have a notebook computer, visit the website of the manufacturer
of your notebook computer to obtain the video adapter drivers.

Then right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties Setting and adjust your Screen Resolution
settings, then select "Highest (32 bit) Color Quality setting,
and click "apply".
