Default Delete Cookies?

Aloha all.
I have about 8 cookies in my Temporary Internet Files that will not be
removed. Things like DoubleClick, Yahoo, YieldManager, etc. I have used
AdAware, Windows Washer, and Norton Virus to try and remove these cookies,
but nothing seems to work. I even tried it in Sage Mode, but cannot remember
the commands to delete files (too long since I used the Command Line mode).
How can I delete these cookies?
Thanks.

Write down the full path to the folder where those cookies are located.

Now open a command-prompt window and leave it open.

Now open Task Manager & "end process" for *explorer.exe* under
'Processes'

Leave Task Manager open!

Now in the command-prompt window, change to the folder where the
cookies are.

Now type: DEL *.*

This will hopefully delete all files in that folder.

Now back to Task Manager, File-- New Task. Type *explorer.exe* and
click 'OK'

Your Desktop and Taskbar should re-appear.
