Default switching between user accounts

The date and time was Monday, December 22, 2008 4:28:00 PM, and on a
whim, mick pounded out on the keyboard:

Hi Mick,

In Control Panel, User Accounts, click on "Change the way users log on
and off". Then check, "Use Fast User Switching" and click Apply Options.

Using Services.Msc, check that Fast User Switching is set to
Automatic start mode and is currently started.
Click Start, Run (Type) Services.Msc [Enter]
