Default Scroll bar-blank screen

When I open my recycle bin in windows xp to check for empting, I find at the
bottom of the screen a scroll bar , even though nothing is there-a blank
recycle bin. What would cause a scroll bar when none is needed?

Hardly a problem worth bothering with -- just ignore it. Increase the
vertical window measurement slightly and chances are the scroll bar will
disappear. If it does, leave the window at that size, it will stay that
size in future. If scroll-bar still doesn't disappear, as I said, just
ignore it.

Now, let me return to helping those with -real- problems.

I must say, in all the years I have used this service, I always considered it
to be top professional in courtesy. That was really quite rude of you
though. Thanks for nothing

Well, you must have had an easy day with nothing to do then!

Don't let the door hit you in the arse ...
