Empty printers folder
We now have 2 machines with identical problems - no
installed printers appear in the Printers and faxes folder. Attempting to print from the File menu gets "An error occured during this operation" message; the Print dialog never appears. However, if we click on the Print button on the Toolbar, the job is printed by the default printer. Another symptom on both machines, related or not, is that if you attempt to export messages from OE6, you get "An error occured attempting to initialize MAPI" Both machines XP Home Edition with OE6 as the default mail client. Any suggestions? |
