can't delete pics!! help!

Someone got onto my computer without my permission and
decided to go into bad websites but now in my Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer every picture they clicked on is
saved. How do I get rid of these for good? They are
mixed in with my two year old's pictures and it is
aweful! I want to get rid of the Picture andFax Viewer
all together along with all of the pictures. Please help
me!
