Default Cannot manage user accounts

Cannot manage user accounts from the main admin. account, the info I got
from Google didn't help much, when I try to make changes to another
account nothing happens.

If you got any type of error message post back with the exact wording.

Not much to go on...try providing more information what 'management'
task you were attempting to accomplish.
