system is working very slow

hello,

after booting my system works very slow how can i identify the process
which are slowing my system both in LINUX operating system as well as
WINDOWS operatting system.

how can i stop those process.how can check for any haking in my
network.

plz help me out.it is very urgent

If the problem occurs in two different OS's it is likely a hardware problem.
I would start by cleaning your fans and taking a look at CPU temperatures.
