No E-mail alerts [update #3]

This is getting very strange. I just signed up for a new
hotmail account as a test narrow the cause of the problem
and the e-mail alerts work fine. So the problem is with
hotmail/msn, not my computers.

Basically, I get e-mail alerts one my (new) hotmail
account, but I don't get them on my MSN account -- which
has been working fine up until recently.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with hotmail/msn
staff? I assume my account has to be reset or something.
