Default Desktop display

I apparently hit some sort of hotkey while replacing the batteries in my wireless keyboard. My desktop now displays upside down. How can I change it to display correctly?

Try going to the manufacturer of the Computer's website and look under
SupportKnowledge Base.

press Control + alt and the arrow keys to bring your display to the normal setting

Go to control panel under display then look under display settings then
orientation. Should be able to change it there.
