Default Invalid path

I use both Linux and XP.

When I used XP to open a .png file created in Linux, it failed saying that that there was an "invalid path."

In the past I have had no problems opening those files in MsPaint.

Looking for your wisdom. :-)

Probably the file name (or path) contains a character
that is illegal under Windows.

How about showing us the complete path name of the file and telling us
what application you are using to open the file.

Re-associate PNG files with Paint.

The problem no longer occurs, but this is the path to the one that used to not open. ??

H:\root\Icons\Menu_Manager.png

I use Ext2 Volume Manager to show Linux partitions in Explorer.
