HP 720C PRINTER
I have a new Dell computer with Windows XP. When I print
only the black prints, the colors do not print. When trying to resolve the problem, there is a section where I can remove the old driver (Windows 98) and then it asks if I want to install XP driver? Will this solve my problem? (I have already asked Dell and HP and neither has answered this question or resolved the problem.

You have to have an XP driver for a printer to run on XP operating system.
