Did you post the entire error message?

The reason I ask is because this stop error may include the module name that
is causing the error.

For example, you may see something like "LoadLibrary("olemsg32.dll")
failed."

Check Event Viewer for errors flagged with a red X.

Start Run, then type
eventvwr.msc

There are two repeated errors flagged with a red X that happen at the same time. Here's the error. Source: Service Contorl Manager, Event ID: 7023 and Event ID: 7000. Here's the description: (The IPSEC Services service terminated with the following error:
The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced.)

There are about 10 versions of the STOP 0x07E error message. Go to the following page and see if you can determine which one you are seeing.
