Default SSDP Discovery Service Looping in Start/Stop

I had an issue on my laptop where this service would hang
starting and stopping and consumed cpu cycles. After
reading many posts here on the same issue, I agree
disabling it worked. But, I suspect ultimately it can be
resolved with Microsoft knowledge base article if you
want to keep the service running.

I had another issue with my MN-520 wireless adapter that
wouldn't take an IP address from a DHCP server that was
resolved with the same KB article.
