Can I install XP Pro Office with XP Home Ed. Operating System???
Hi All,
I hope someone can help me with my easy(?) question. I have Windows XP Home Ed as my operating system on my newish laptop and I want to install XP Office Professional. Will the operating system (Home) be compatible with the Office (Professional) product? I have recently done a system restore on my laptop and I remember the last time I installed XP Professional operating system over XP Home Edition I was on the phone to Microsoft Tech. Support on and off for over a month with the problems it caused, so I would really appreciate if someone out there knows a way (?) that I can stick with XP Home (SP2) and still install XP Professional Office... Cheers :-) |
