Windows - no disk

A while back I installed Norton Ghost 14.0 Today I thought I'd finally put it to use. When I open it, I get an error box:

Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message
C0000013 Parameters 75b6f9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c
Cancel TryAgain Continue

Cannot close it out unless I close Ghost or reboot

Any ideas?
