Default Missing Security Updates

I several weeks ago I did a "clean" install of Win 10 Pro 64bit on a PC
that formally had Win 7 Home on it.

I just ran Belarc Advisor and it reports two missing Security updates,
KB2538243 and 2565063, from 2011. It seems to me that the Win 10 install
should have brought everything up to date but, if not, I will install
the missing updates.

Should I install them?

Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1
Redistributable Package (KB2538243) -Error 0x80070643

Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1
Redistributable Package (KB2565063) -Error 0x80070643

Those would be updates for some Visual C libraries, and not
part of the OS as such. It's quite easy for those to be elderly.

Whenever I run Belarc, I am always missing a Security update, usually
an "old" one. Most of the time I just ignore the ones shown figuring
Belarc is wrong or MS did something else about it.

KenW

reran Belarc after updates and Belarc does not show them as missing anymore.
