Default Profiles via properties of My Computer

The other day I deleted a profile and after I did I found I had backed
up the wrong folder from the Documents and Settings folder.

I deleted the profile via properties of My Computer (Advanced
tab--Userprofiles)

Is there any way to restore this guys profile. He had archived email
for sure that I know about. I really need to make his computer as it
was before as much as I can. He is running Windows XP Pro SP2

Thanks for your help in advanced. I am terribly worried this could
cause me my job.

I am not sure. I hope so too.

I am mostly concerned about the emails. I hope System Restore will
restore the archived emails. I am pretty sure data on his desktop is
gone for good though.
